Referrals from existing clients is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way of winning new business for your agency.
STANDOUT agencies don’t rely on referrals but they form at least 25% of their new business opportunities.
If you’re not getting referrals from your clients there are 3 reasons why:
1. You’re not delivering results for them.
2. You don’t have a close enough personal relationship with them.
3. You’re not asking them to refer you (everybody needs a bit of nudge).
If your clients are not referring you, ask yourself why? If it’s all 3 of the above then you have bigger problems than referrals. Start addressing them next week.
