I encourage all my agency owner clients to fall in love.

You’re probably thinking that their love lives are none of my business. You’d be right of course, but let me explain…

I’m a big believer in goal-setting. Most agency owners I work with have an ambition to sell at some point, all have an ambition to grow. Setting targets for the future is important, and a big step forward if you previously haven’t had them.

In order to stand the best chance of achieving your targets though, you need to be in love with your agency. More specifically, you need to be in love with the process, not just in lust for the end goal.

If you love the process of running your agency, you’ve already won.

If you are just going through the motions and desperately hoping that your pay day will eventually come; I’m afraid I suspect it probably won’t.

STANDOUT agency owners are in love with their business. They surrender the outcome and commit to the process.
