Just like the majority of their clients, agencies exist to make money. The way we do this is by selling more of our clients products and/or services.

Sales are what should drive your agency. If you don’t sell, you’re going to find it hard to sell your agency.

In recent times though it has become popular for agencies to ignore this core purpose. Many promote social issues over commercial priorities. It’s almost as if our industry has begun to see selling as something rather vulgar.
