Somebody asked me a question the other day…
”Of all the agencies you know Gareth, which are the best at marketing themselves?”
The names of 3 agencies quickly sprang into my head.
I then started thinking….why did I choose those agencies? What common trait do the share?
The answer is simple. They all employ a full time marketing manager.
Their marketing managers don’t know each other, but they’re very similar people. They’re not the most experienced, but they’re supremely organised, committed and, above all else, truly passionate about what they do,
These people take price in their job, and treat their agency as if it were the most important client in the world.
