Buyers want to acquire an agency that has a process for winning new business and evidence that it delivers results.
If you were buying a STANDOUT agency you’d want to see:
– A proven track record of winning new business.
– A structured multi-channel system that delivers both leads and conversions
– A system that doesn’t rely on the network or ability of the agency founder
STANDOUT agency owners don’t think about selling their agency, they think about buying it. Stand back and ask yourself “would I buy my agency”?
