Of increasing importance to buyers, particularly those with institutional shareholders, is not just your financial performance but your ethical performance.
If you were buying a STANDOUT agency you’d want to see:
– Environmental – Commitment and initiatives to sustainability and the green agenda.
– Social – Commitment to diversity, inclusion that extends beyond just words.
– Governance – Adherence to high legal and ethical standards. No skeletons!
STANDOUT agency owners don’t think about selling their agency, they think about buying it. Stand back and ask yourself “would I buy my agency”?
