#10 – The tenth and final factor in my series of how to become a sales driven agency, is something agencies always seem to talk about, but often seem to forget to use. I’m talking, of course, about data.

Many agencies work with data every day. Often it’s a core part of their offer to clients. But time and again I see agencies failing to make proper use of data to help them run their businesses. This is particularly true when it comes to their sales and marketing.

STANDOUT agencies measure and analyse what they do in order to track and improve their marketing activity and sales performance.
