”Don’t ‘we’ all over yourself” is an old marketing adage. STANDSTILL agencies don’t understand that clients don’t care about their awards, their ping-pong tables, or how many dogs they have in the office (not really).

STANDOUT agencies recognise that clients and prospects have problems and opportunities. Things that they need help with solving or maximising. They want to know if the agency understands these issues, how they can help them and why they should work with them.

Don’t think “we” think “them”.
