The best agencies have strong brands that attract both clients and talent.
If you were buying a STANDOUT agency you’d want to see:
– A strong commercial brand with high awareness and engagement in their target client market.
– A reputation in particular specialism or area of expertise.
– A strong employer brand with a reputation and profile that makes them the preferred choice for talented people.
– Awards and demonstrable recognition from clients and peers
STANDOUT agency owners don’t think about selling their agency, they think about buying it. Stand back and ask yourself “would I buy my agency”?
