#4 – The fourth most important factor in becoming sales driven agency is having a culture of winning not delivering/doing.
Great delivery, client service, client retention, and quality of work is vital to success for agencies. But STANDSTILL agencies treat this things as primary objectives, when really they’re just hygiene factors.
STANDOUT agencies have a culture of winning. What does that mean? It means they are driven to grow. They get a buzz from every new lead, every pitch, and every new client. The whole business is involved and engaged. As the saying goes, agency new business is everybody’s business.
If everybody in your agency doesn’t celebrate client wins like it’s their birthday, then you need to instil this into your culture. It starts with you. Do you celebrate winning or delivering?
