#5 – The fifth factor in becoming sales driven agency is simple: you need a system.

If you want to generate a consistent pipeline of leads for your agency, you need a system that delivers them for you.

The bad news?

Finding a system is HARD. There is no set way, silver bullet or cheat codes. What works for some people, doesn’t work as well for others. Finding a system that works for you will take time, patience, and a good dose of trial and error.

The good news?

Most agencies don’t have, or look to develop, a system. They don’t spend any time or much effort looking to develop one. They rely on luck, referrals, people, and/or 3rd party companies to generate sales for them. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

If you regularly spend time, money and effort on developing your own methodology for generating leads and sales you will soon be ahead of most of your competitors. You will learn what works for you and what doesn’t. You will be able to optimise how you generate leads and not wait or pray for them to land in your lap.

STANDOUT agencies have a sales system.
